Adobar Snacks started with a simple idea between siblings and a brother-in-law who love good food and missed the taste of home.
We saw an opportunity to reimagine longganisa—keeping the authentic flavor we love, but making it better suited for busy, on-the-go lives.
After months of testing, perfecting, and tasting, we created a dry-cured longganisa that’s convenient, shelf stable, and packed with flavor.
This is more than a snack.
